TN-223 & TN-227 Toner Reset Instruction
Description:
The reset gear on the toner cartridge did not properly contact and reset the New Toner Sensor within the printer. The reset gear will operate only once after the toner cartridge is installed and the position of the gear cannot be reset after installation. To reset the Toner Life Display, a manual reset procedure must be performed.
Solution:
The following steps will need to be performed to manually reset the toner life.
1. Open the front cover and keep it open.
2. Press the "Back " and "Cancel" buttons at the same time, and hold for 1 to 2 second, when you releasing 2 buttons, press the "Back " button again at once. The printer will go to the reset page
3. Press "- or +" button to choose the color and toner capacity you prepare to reset, e.g "M. TNR-HC" M mean Magenta and HC mean hich capacity . press "OK" button to confirm, the printer will display "Reset /Exit".
4. Press the "+" button to confirm to reset the toner counter, The printer will display "Accepted". Close the front cover to finish the reset process.

4. Πατήστε το κουμπί "+" για να επιβεβαιώσετε την επαναφορά του μετρητή τόνερ. Ο εκτυπωτής θα εμφανίσει την ένδειξη "Accepted". Κλείστε το μπροστινό κάλυμμα για να ολοκληρώσετε τη διαδικασία επαναφοράς.
